Common use of Sale of Current Excess Servicing Spread Clause in Contracts

Sale of Current Excess Servicing Spread. Subject to, and upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement, on each Subsequent Sale Date occurring more than ninety (90) days following the Sale Date, Seller will sell, transfer and assign to Purchaser, and Purchaser will acquire from Seller, all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to the Current Excess Servicing Spread and all proceeds thereof with respect to the related Mortgage Loans.
