Sale of Current Loans to Manager or Affiliates. The Company may sell existing loans that are not in default to the Manager or its Affiliates, but only so long as the Company receives net cash proceeds from such sale in an amount equal to the total unpaid balance of principal, accrued interest and other charges owing under such loan. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Manager shall be under no obligation to purchase any loans from the Company or to guarantee any payments under any Company loan.

  • Loans The Sponsor has agreed to make loans to the Company in the aggregate amount of up to $300,000 (the “Insider Loans”) pursuant to a promissory note substantially in the form annexed as an exhibit to the Registration Statement.
