Common use of Sale of Dedicated Production Clause in Contracts

Sale of Dedicated Production. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Shipper or its affiliates reserve the right to sell the Dedicated Production, Dedicated Xxxxx or the underlying mineral leases or interests to any other party (referred to as “Purchaser”) so long as Purchaser is subject to and agrees to comply with and perform all of the obligations of Shipper contained in this Agreement. Such assignment will be subject to Section 19.7. If the Dedicated Production, Dedicated Xxxxx or the mineral leases or mineral interests underlying the Dedicated Production are sold to a Purchaser, Gatherer will remain obligated to fulfill Gatherer’s obligations under this Agreement.
