Sale of Fund Shares. 1.1. The Trust agrees to make available to the Separate Accounts shares of each Fund as listed in Exhibit A for investment of proceeds from Variable Contracts allocated to the designated Separate Accounts, such shares to be offered as provided in Fund’s Prospectus. 1.2. The Trust agrees to sell to the Company those Fund shares which the Company orders, executing such orders on a daily basis at the NAV next computed after receipt by the Trust or its designee of the order.
