Sale of Licensed Patents by Licensor. Licensor and its Affiliates shall be free to sell, convey or transfer any Patent licensed by it hereunder so long as the sale, conveyance or transfer is accomplished subject to any rights hereunder of each Licensee and its Affiliates.
