Common use of Sale of Lots Clause in Contracts

Sale of Lots. Master Developer’s selling or conveying lots in any approved Subdivision or Parcels to builders, users, or Subdevelopers, shall not be deemed to be an “assignment” subject to the above-referenced approval by the City unless specifically designated as such an assignment by Master Developer.

Sale of Lots. Master Developer’s selling or conveying lots in any approved Subdivision to home builders or Parcels to builders, users, or Subdevelopers, end users (i.e. owners of individual Residential Dwelling Units) shall not be deemed to be an “assignment” subject to the above-above- referenced approval by the City unless specifically designated as such an assignment by Master DeveloperTown.
