Common use of Sale of Other Notes Clause in Contracts

Sale of Other Notes. Contemporaneously with such Supplemental Closing, the Company shall sell to the other Supplemental Purchasers, and the other Supplemental Purchasers shall purchase, the Supplemental Notes to be purchased by them at such Supplemental Closing as specified in the Supplemental Note Purchase Agreement.
