The Seller hereby sells to the purchaser named on the signature page hereto (together with any Person to whom the Royalty Right is Transferred pursuant to the terms hereof, the “Purchaser”) the Royalty Right in consideration for the consideration set forth in Section 2.7(b). The Royalty Right shall only be evidenced by this Royalty Right Agreement and shall not be evidenced by a certificate or other instrument.
