Sale of Specially Serviced Mortgage Loans and REO Properties. (a) With respect to any Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or REO Property, when and if directed in writing by the Owner, the Special Servicer shall use Reasonable Efforts to sell to any Person such Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, REO Property or Additional Collateral on commercially reasonable terms which are consistent with Accepted Servicing Practices; provided, however, that any such sale must be approved in writing by the Owner.
