Common use of Sale of the Ship Clause in Contracts

Sale of the Ship. During the Lease Period the Lessor will not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of the legal title to, or beneficial interest in, the Ship, or agree so to do, except as expressly contemplated by this Agreement or the other Transaction Documents.
