Sale of Trust Estate by Manager Is Binding. Any sale or other conveyance of the Trust Estate or any part thereof by the Manager made for and on behalf of the Trust pursuant to the terms of this Trust Agreement shall bind the Trust and the Beneficial Owners and be effective to transfer or convey all rights, title and interest of the Trust and the Beneficial Owners in and to the Trust Estate.
