Sale or Assignment of Leasehold Interest. Should ---------------------------------------- Developer sell, assign or otherwise transfer its leasehold interest to an owner-user such that sublease rental is not paid to Developer, the fair market sublease rental for such building, using the criteria and methods set out in subsection 3.2.2, shall become the basis for calculating the maximum rental adjustment using the process described in 3.2.4.3 above.
