Common use of Sale or Exchange of Units Clause in Contracts

Sale or Exchange of Units. In the event of a Transfer of some or all of a Member's Units, the Capital Account of the Transferring Member (as hereinafter defined) shall become the capital account of the Assignee, to the extent it relates to the Member's Units so Transferred. ARTICLE VI
