Sale or Transfer of Real Property. “Bodily injury” or “Property damage” arising out of the sale or transfer of real property, includ- ing, but not limited to: (a) known or unknown structural defects; (b) known or hidden defects in the plumbing, heating or electrical systems; (c) known or unknown soil conditions or drainage problems; (d) alleged concealment or misrepresentation of any known or unknown conditions in the real property.
