Sale or Transfer of Seller Retained Classes. On any date that is at least two months prior to the start of the Controlled Accumulation or Controlled Amortization Period, as applicable, the Seller may, in its discretion and subject to the terms of this Section 22, sell or transfer any Seller Retained Class of Investor Certificates (the "Purchased Class") of the Series established hereby (the "Seller Retained Class Purchase Date"), and increase the Certificate Rate for such Purchased Class in connection with such sale or transfer, upon satisfaction of the following conditions:
