Sale or Transfer of the Property. If the property is to be sold or transferred by Lessor during the term of the Lease, Lessor may terminate the Lease by providing 90 days’ advance written notice of actual sale or transfer date. (5 )Lessee Termination - Lessee may terminate the Lease if it is reasonably determined the leased premises are no longer suitable for the intended usage under this Lease by virtue of the site’s unsuitability as a Communications Facility Installation for Lessee’s purpose by providing 60 days’ prior written notice.
