Common use of Sale Reconciliation Clause in Contracts

Sale Reconciliation. On each Wednesday during the Sale Term (for the previous week ending Saturday), commencing on the second Wednesday after the Sale Commencement Date, Agent and Merchant shall cooperate to reconcile Sale Expenses, Gross Rings, if still applicable, and such other Sale related items as either party shall reasonably request, in each case for the prior week or partial week (i.e. Sunday through Saturday), all pursuant to procedures agreed upon by Merchant and Agent. Within thirty (30) days after the end of the Sale Term, Agent and Merchant shall complete a final reconciliation of the Sale Expenses, the written results of which shall be certified by representations of each of Merchant and Agent as a final settlement of accounts between Merchant and Agent.

Within thirty (30) days after the end of the Sale Term, Agent and Merchant shall complete a final reconciliation of the Sale ExpensesSale, the written results of which shall be certified by representations representatives of each of Merchant and Agent as a final settlement of accounts between Merchant and Agent.

Sale Reconciliation. On each Wednesday weekday agreed upon by the ------------------- parties during the Sale Term (for the previous week ending Saturday)Term, commencing on the second Wednesday such weekday after the Sale Commencement Date, Agent and Merchant shall cooperate to reconcile Sale Expenses, Gross Rings, if still applicablereceipts of Returned Merchandise at the Stores (including quantities and Retail Price thereof, and such other Sale Sale-related items as either party shall reasonably request, in each case for the prior week or partial week (i.e. Sunday through Saturday), all pursuant to procedures agreed upon by Merchant and Agent. Within thirty forty five (3045) days after the end of the Sale Term, Agent and Merchant shall complete a final reconciliation of the Sale ExpensesSale, the written results of which shall be certified by representations of each of Merchant and Agent as a final settlement of accounts between Merchant and Agent.

Within thirty (30) days after the end of the Sale Term, Agent and Merchant shall complete a final reconciliation of the Sale ExpensesSale, the written results of which shall be certified by representations representatives of each of Merchant and Agent as a final settlement of accounts between Merchant and AgentAgent (the “Final Reconciliation”).

Within thirty sixty (3060) days after the end of the Sale Term, Agent and Merchant shall complete a final reconciliation of the Sale ExpensesFinal Reconciliation, the written results of which shall be certified by representations representatives of each of Merchant and Agent as a final settlement of accounts between Merchant and Agent.

Within thirty (30) days after the end of the Sale Term, Agent and Merchant shall complete a final reconciliation of the Sale ExpensesExpenses and the sale of Merchandise, the written results of which shall be certified by representations of each of Merchant and Agent as a final settlement of accounts between Merchant and Agent.
