Common use of Sale Shares Clause in Contracts

Sale Shares. The Parties further agree that any facts affecting the title to or Encumbrances on the Ozon (0.36% (BVFVNL)) Sale Shares that are known to Fermi and its Affiliates, including any of the Investor Managers, shall not be grounds for bringing a Ozon Title Warranties Claim against BVFVNL.

Sale Shares. The Parties further agree that any facts affecting the title to or Encumbrances on the Ozon (0.361.690% (BVFVNLBVIL)) Sale Shares that are known to Fermi and its Affiliates, including any of the Investor Managers, shall not be grounds for bringing a Ozon Title Warranties Claim against BVFVNLBV Ozon LP.

Sale Shares. The Parties further agree that any facts affecting the title to or Encumbrances on the Ozon (0.360.067% (BVFVNLBVIL)) Sale Shares that are known to Fermi and its Affiliates, including any of the Investor Managers, shall not be grounds for bringing a Ozon Title Warranties Claim against BVFVNL.

The Parties further agree that any facts affecting the title to or Encumbrances on the Ozon (0.360.07% (BVFVNLBVSIL)) Sale Shares that are known to Fermi and its Affiliates, including any of the Investor Managers, shall not be grounds for bringing a Ozon Title Warranties Claim against BVFVNLBVSIL.

Sale Shares. The Parties further agree that any facts affecting the title to or Encumbrances on the Ozon (0.360.02% (BVFVNL)) Sale Shares that are known to Fermi and its Affiliates, including any of the Investor Managers, shall not be grounds for bringing a Ozon Title Warranties Claim against BVFVNL.

Sale Shares. The Parties further agree that any facts affecting the title to or Encumbrances on the Ozon (0.3615.59% (BVFVNL)) Sale Shares that are known to Fermi and its Affiliates, including any of the Investor Managers, shall not be grounds for bringing a an Ozon Title Warranties Claim against BVFVNL.
