Common use of Sale Shares Clause in Contracts

Sale Shares. The Parties further agree that any facts affecting the title to or Encumbrances on the Ozon (1.690% (BVIL)) Sale Shares that are known to Fermi and its Affiliates, including any of the Investor Managers, shall not be grounds for bringing a Ozon Title Warranties Claim against BV Ozon LP.

Sale Shares. The Parties further agree that any facts affecting the title to or Encumbrances on the Ozon (1.6900.067% (BVIL)) Sale Shares that are known to Fermi and its Affiliates, including any of the Investor Managers, shall not be grounds for bringing a Ozon Title Warranties Claim against BV Ozon LPBVFVNL.

Sale Shares. The Parties further agree that any facts affecting the title to or Encumbrances on the Ozon (1.6900.07% (BVILBVSIL)) Sale Shares that are known to Fermi and its Affiliates, including any of the Investor Managers, shall not be grounds for bringing a Ozon Title Warranties Claim against BV Ozon LPBVSIL.

The Parties further agree that any facts affecting the title to or Encumbrances on the Ozon (1.6900.02% (BVILBVFVNL)) Sale Shares that are known to Fermi and its Affiliates, including any of the Investor Managers, shall not be grounds for bringing a Ozon Title Warranties Claim against BV Ozon LPBVFVNL.

The Parties further agree that any facts affecting the title to or Encumbrances on the Ozon (1.69015.59% (BVILBVFVNL)) Sale Shares that are known to Fermi and its Affiliates, including any of the Investor Managers, shall not be grounds for bringing a an Ozon Title Warranties Claim against BV Ozon LPBVFVNL.

The Parties further agree that any facts affecting the title to or Encumbrances on the Ozon (1.6900.36% (BVILBVFVNL)) Sale Shares that are known to Fermi and its Affiliates, including any of the Investor Managers, shall not be grounds for bringing a Ozon Title Warranties Claim against BV Ozon LPBVFVNL.
