Common use of Sale Shares Clause in Contracts

Sale Shares. On the Ozon (0.067% (BVIL)) Completion Date, BVFVNL as the legal and beneficial owner of the Ozon (0.067% (BVIL)) Sale Shares, shall sell and transfer and Fermi shall purchase and accept the transfer of the Ozon (0.067% (BVIL)) Sale Shares (including all rights and benefits attaching thereto).

Sale Shares. On the Ozon (0.0670.02% (BVILBVFVNL)) Completion Date, BVFVNL as the legal and beneficial owner of the Ozon (0.0670.02% (BVILBVFVNL)) Sale Shares, shall sell and transfer and Fermi shall purchase and accept the transfer of the Ozon (0.0670.02% (BVILBVFVNL)) Sale Shares (including all rights and benefits attaching thereto).

Sale Shares. On the Ozon (0.06715.59% (BVILBVFVNL)) Completion Date, BVFVNL as the legal and beneficial owner of the Ozon (0.06715.59% (BVILBVFVNL)) Sale Shares, Shares shall sell and transfer and Fermi shall purchase and accept the transfer of the Ozon (0.06715.59% (BVILBVFVNL)) Sale Shares (including all rights and benefits attaching thereto).

On the Ozon (0.0670.07% (BVILBVSIL)) Completion Date, BVFVNL BVSIL as the legal and beneficial owner of the Ozon (0.0670.07% (BVILBVSIL)) Sale Shares, shall sell and transfer and Fermi shall purchase and accept the transfer of the Ozon (0.0670.07% (BVILBVSIL)) Sale Shares (including all rights and benefits attaching thereto).
