Common use of Sale to Accelerate Notes Clause in Contracts

Sale to Accelerate Notes. In the event of any sale made under or by virtue of this Indenture or any of the other Security Documents, whether made under the power of sale herein or therein granted or under or by virtue of judicial proceedings or of a valid judgment or decree of foreclosure and sale, the entire principal of the Notes, together with accrued and unpaid interest thereon, and all other amounts secured hereby plus an amount equal to the Make-Whole Amount, if any, if not previously due, immediately thereupon shall become due and payable.
