Sale to Lessee or Dealer. If a Dealer or Lessee advises the Servicer that it will exercise an option to purchase a Leased Vehicle, the Servicer, on behalf of the applicable Titling Company, will sell the Leased Vehicle to the Dealer or Lessee (either directly or by sale to the Dealer for resale to the Lessee).
