SALEABLE AREA/CHARGEABLE. AREA of the said Unit shall mean the carpet area along with the area covered by the internal partition walls and external walls of the unit, exclusive balcony/verandah/open terrace area of the said Apartment/unit Unit along with the proportionate share in the Common Portions and such area shall be applicable for the purpose of calculation of the liabilities of the Allottee including for taxes, maintenance charges, deposits etc.
