Sales Among Affiliates and Sublicensees. Sales between or among a Commercializing Party, its Affiliates and/or their respective sublicensees shall be excluded from the computation of Net Sales, provided that Net Sales shall include the first sale to a Third Party by any such Affiliate or sublicensee, including, for clarity, to Third Party distributors.
