Common use of Sales and Royalty Reports Clause in Contracts

Sales and Royalty Reports. Xxxxxxx shall deliver to Lilly ---------------------------------------- within sixty (60) days after the end of each calendar quarter a written accounting of Xxxxxxx' Net Sales and the royalty payment due to Lilly for such quarter. Such quarterly reports shall be in English and include the Net Sales of products on a country-by-country basis (expressed in United States dollars or computed under the provisions of Section 7.04 hereof), a sales forecast for each quarter of the current calendar year, and contain such other information as Lilly may from time to time reasonably request.
