Sales and Use Taxes on Customer Revenue. Famous shall bilx xxd collect sales taxes, if applicable, on all meals and services for which it collects revenue from customers under this Agreement. Famous shall bilx xxd collect sales and use taxes, if applicable, on purchases billed to Client. Famous shall prepare and timely file any sales and use tax returns Client is required to file in connection with Famous' sales tax collections hereunder, and shall timely pay all sales and use taxes required to be shown on its sales and use returns. If Famous or Client fails to timely pay any sales or use tax it is required to pay hereunder, or timely file any return it is required to file hereunder, it shall indemnify the other party against any liability for such taxes and any interest, penalties and costs (including attorneys fees) relating thereto.

  • Sales and Use Taxes Professional Business Manager and the Practice acknowledge and agree that to the extent that any of the services to be provided by Professional Business Manager hereunder may be subject to any state sales and use taxes, Professional Business Manager may have a legal obligation to collect such taxes from the Practice and to remit the same to the appropriate tax collection authorities.   • Taxes Imposed on Customers With respect to any purchase hereunder of Services that are resold to a third party, if any federal, state or local Tax is imposed by Applicable Law on the subscriber, end-user, Customer or ultimate consumer (“Subscriber”) in connection with any such purchase, which a Telecommunications Company is required to impose and/or collect from a Subscriber, then the Purchasing Party (a) shall be required to impose and/or collect such Tax from the Subscriber and (b) shall timely remit such Tax to the applicable taxing authority.
