Common use of Sales are Non-Recourse Clause in Contracts

Sales are Non-Recourse. Other than the obligations to repurchase Receivables under the limited circumstances set forth in Section 6.1 and to make payments with respect to Dilution under Section 3.2(b), the sales of Receivables under this Agreement shall be without recourse to the Seller.
