Sales Commission; Compensation. A Participant earning sales commission compensation (as defined in Treasury Regulation §1.409A-2(a)(12)) is treated as providing the services to which such compensation relates only in the Company’s taxable Year in which the customer remits payment to the Company or, if applied consistently to all similarly situated Participants, the Company’s taxable Year in which the sale occurs.
