Sales Convention Sample Clauses

Sales Convention. Periodically, Franchisor will arrange a business conference for all of its franchisees (the “Sales Convention”) at which franchisees may participate in various programs with Franchisor and other franchisees. Franchisee shall purchase one Sales Convention full registration package for each of its Locations for each Sales Convention Franchisor arranges. On or about the first of each year, if a Sales Convention is to be held that year, Franchisor shall automatically deduct the cost of such registration from Franchisee1 s Depository Checking Account. All of Franchisee1s management and sales associates are strongly encouraged but not required to attend each Sales Convention that is made available.
