Common use of Sales Finance Company Licenses Clause in Contracts

Sales Finance Company Licenses. The Owner Trustee (or the Administrator on its behalf, pursuant to Section 1(b) of the Administration Agreement) shall cause the Trust to use its best efforts to maintain the effectiveness of all licenses required under the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Act and Maryland Sales Finance Company licensing regulations in connection with this Agreement and the Basic Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby until such time as the Trust shall terminate in accordance with the terms hereof.

Sales Finance Company Licenses. The Owner Trustee (or the Administrator on its behalf, pursuant to Section 1(b) of the Administration Agreement) shall cause the Trust to use its best efforts to maintain the effectiveness of all licenses required under the [Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Act and Maryland Sales Finance Company licensing regulations Act] in connection with this Agreement and the Basic Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby until such time as the Trust shall terminate in accordance with the terms hereof.

Sales Finance Company Licenses. The Owner Trustee (or Trustee, in its individual capacity, shall use its best efforts to maintain, and the Administrator on its behalfOwner Trustee, pursuant to Section 1(b) of the Administration Agreement) as Owner Trustee, shall cause the Trust to use its best efforts to maintain maintain, the effectiveness of all licenses required under (a) the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Act and (b) the Maryland Sales Finance Company licensing regulations Financial Institutions Code in connection with this Agreement and the Basic Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby until such time as the Trust shall terminate in accordance with the terms hereof.
