Common use of Sales Finance Licenses Clause in Contracts

Sales Finance Licenses. The Owner Trustee shall use its best efforts to maintain, and the Owner Trustee, as Owner Trustee, shall cause the Trust to use its best efforts to maintain, the effectiveness of all licenses required under the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Act and the Annotated Code of Maryland Financial Institutions ss. 11-403 in connection with this Agreement and the Basic Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby until such time as the Trust shall terminate in accordance with the terms hereof.

Sales Finance Licenses. The Owner Trustee Trustee, in its individual capacity, shall use its best efforts to maintain, and the Owner Trustee, as Owner Trustee, Trustee shall cooperate with the Administrator in order to cause the Trust to use its best efforts to maintain, the effectiveness of all sales finance company licenses required under the Maryland Code Annotated, Financial Institutions Section 11-401 et seq., and all licenses required under the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Act and (including signing any license applications required to be signed by the Annotated Code of Maryland Financial Institutions ss. 11-403 Trust) in connection with this Agreement and the other Basic Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby until such time as the Trust shall terminate in accordance with the terms hereof.
