Common use of Sales Finance Licenses Clause in Contracts

Sales Finance Licenses. The Owner Trustee shall cause the Trust to use its best efforts to maintain the effectiveness of all licenses required under the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Act and all other similar applicable state laws (other than those of Alabama and Hawaii) in connection with this Agreement and the Basic Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby until such time as the Trust shall terminate in accordance with the terms hereof.

Sales Finance Licenses.
