Sales Finance Licenses. The Depositor shall cause the Trust to use its best efforts to maintain the effectiveness of all licenses required to be held by the Trust under the laws of any jurisdiction in connection with ownership of the Receivables or the terms set forth in this Agreement and the Basic Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby until such time as the Trust shall terminate in accordance with the terms hereof.
