Common use of Sales Finance Licenses Clause in Contracts

Sales Finance Licenses. The Depositor, on behalf of the Trust, shall use its best efforts to maintain the effectiveness of all licenses required under the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Act and the Annotated Code of Maryland Financial Institutions § 11-403 in connection with this Agreement and the Basic Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby until such time as the Trust shall terminate in accordance with the terms hereof.
