Sales for Resale. All Full Requirements Service provided by Seller to Buyer shall be sales for resale, with Buyer reselling such Full Requirements Service to SOS Load customers. At Seller’s request, Buyer shall provide Seller with mutually agreeable resale certificates related to the Full Requirements Service provided pursuant to this Agreement.
Sales for Resale. All Contract Energy delivered by NEA to BECO hereunder shall be sales for resale, with BECO reselling such Contract Energy. BECO shall provide NEA with any certificates reasonably requested by NEA to evidence that the deliveries of Contract Energy hereunder are sales for resale.
