Sales for Resale. All Contract Energy delivered by NEA to BECO hereunder shall be sales for resale, with BECO reselling such Contract Energy. BECO shall provide NEA with any certificates reasonably requested by NEA to evidence that the deliveries of Contract Energy hereunder are sales for resale. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prohibit or restrict such resale by BECO.
