Sales Forecasts. Buyer shall submit to TRW on the Effective Date and thereafter at thirty (30) days before the start of each calendar quarter during the term hereof a written forecast of its best estimate of its requirements for Products during the next four (4) calendar quarters. Such forecast shall list separately for each quarter during the period covered by the forecast the amount of Products which Buyer expects to require during such quarter.
