Sales Material 1) Nationwide shall develop and prepare all promotional material to be used in the distribution of the Products, in consultation with NISC. 2) Nationwide is responsible for the printing and the expense of providing such promotional material. 3) Nationwide is responsible for approval of such promotional material by state insurance regulators, where required. 4) NISC and Nationwide agree to abide by the Advertising and Sales Promotion Material Guidelines, attached hereto as EXHIBIT B, and incorporated herein by reference.
