Sales of Existing Inventory of Licensed Product. In the event this Agreement is terminated for any reason with respect to a Licensed Product after the first approval of an MAA for such Licensed Product, Unity shall provide Ascentage with a written inventory of all quantities of such Licensed Product that Unity and its Affiliates have in stock and, for a period of [***] ([***]) [***] after such termination, Unity and its Affiliates shall have the right to sell or otherwise dispose of such Licensed Product, all subject to the payment to Ascentage of royalties pursuant to Article 5 hereof.
