Sales of Materials. 2.3.1.1 Party B shall provide a Materials catalogue with each Material having price mutually agreed upon by both Parties and sell such Materials to Party A according to Party A’s purchase orders at such mutually agreed prices. Party B shall establish a warehouse with reasonable stocks at Party A’s premises to ensure on time delivery of Materials. 2.3.1.2 Party B shall issue invoices according to the catalogue prices.
