Sales or Other Transfers. The recipient of any transfer under this Agreement of Regulus Technology, GSK Technology, Confidential Information, Collaboration Compounds, Licensed Products (including Returned Licensed Products), as the case may be, shall be solely responsible for any sales, use, value added, excise or other taxes applicable to such transfer.
