Sales or Other Transfers. The recipient of any transfer under this Agreement of ChemoCentryx Technology, GSK Technology, Information, Collaboration Compounds, Licensed Products or Returned Licensed Products, as the case may be, shall be solely responsible for any sales, use, value added, excise or other taxes applicable to such transfer.
