Common use of Sales Order Clause in Contracts

Sales Order. Client shall order a Subscription(s) by signing a Sales Order. In the event of conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and a Sales Order, this Agreement shall take precedence, unless a signed Sales Order expressly references a provision which it is intended to override.
