Sales Tax previously paid by Seller. In connection with Unbilled Revenue Amounts provided in Section 2.4(a)(iv), if (A) the Seller has made a sales Tax payment to the applicable Governmental Entity prior to the Effective Date that is directly related to the service provided, and (B) the Buyer receives a sales tax payment from the Customer that (i) is directly related to the Unbilled Revenue Amount for which service was provided and (ii) is directly related to the payment made by the Seller in this Section 9.8(A) above, then the Buyer shall reimburse the Seller the amount of such sales Tax payment received by the Buyer, provided that such reimbursement shall not be greater than the amount of sales Tax previously remitted by the Seller to such Governmental Entity with respect to such Unbilled Revenue Amount.
