Common use of Sales & Technology Clause in Contracts

Sales & Technology. Partner shall: - receive access to sales and technical enablement content, technical architecture best practices and advanced topics as and when made available by Exasol; - gain access to the Exasol Partner Portal; - have access to e-learning tutorials (Exacademy) leading to technical and sales certification in case of successful completion of the relevant examination; - be entitled to register opportunities via the ORF (refer to Agreement, Section 3); and - be entitled to install and use NFR-Licenses (refer to Agreement, Section 10 and General T&C, Section 3 below).
