Sales to Affiliates and Sublicensees. Sales of Products between CTI and its Affiliates or permitted sublicensees, or among such Affiliates and permitted sublicensees, shall not be subject to royalties under this Article 6, but in such cases the royalties shall be calculated on the Net Sales by such Affiliates or sublicensees to a Third Party.
