Sales to Commercial Partners. Notwithstanding the above restrictions, the Operating Company and its Subsidiaries may offer the Operating Company Products and Services to commercial partners who bundle and sell the Operating Company Products and Services with products and services which constitute or are similar to the Restricted Services.
