Sales to Minors. The Tribe or a Tribal retailer shall not sell or give, or permit to be sold or given, cigarettes to any person under the age of 18 years. The Tribe is responsible for the enforcement of this provision. The Tribe agrees to maintain an ordinance prohibiting sales of cigarettes to persons under the age of 18 years.
