Sales to Outsiders. Sales to outsiders of material from the joint property shall be credited by Operator to the joint account at the net amount collected by Operator from vendee. Any claims by vendee for defective material etc., shall be charged back to the joint account, if and when paid by Operator.
Sales to Outsiders. Sales to outsiders of Material from the Property shall be credited by Operator to the Non-Operator at the net amount collected by Operator from vendee. Any claim by vendee related to such sale shall be charged back to the Non-Operator if and when paid by Operator.
Sales to Outsiders. Sales to outsiders of major Material shall be made with the consent of Non-Operators as to both terms and price and, where made, proceeds shall be credited by the Operator at the full amount collected from the purchaser.
