Same Currency; No Set Off. Each payment to be made by a Subsidiary Guarantor under its Subsidiary Guarantee shall be payable in the currency in which corresponding payment obligations of the Company under the Notes or this Indenture are denominated, and shall be made without set off, counterclaim, reduction or diminution of any kind or nature.
